Log Type: TWILIO

Log Level: ERROR

## Description

This error occurs when the Authorized Representative phone number in the linked Business Profile is not a valid United States phone number. For Voice Integrity registration, the linked profile must include an authorized representative with a valid US phone number, and the phone number field for an authorized representative must be provided in `E.164` format.

### Possible causes

* The Authorized Representative phone number does not begin with `+1`.
* The phone number is incomplete, contains invalid characters, or is not formatted in `E.164`.
* The wrong contact number was entered for the authorized representative in the linked Customer Profile or Business Profile.

### Possible solutions

* Update the linked profile with an Authorized Representative phone number that begins with `+1`.
* Enter the phone number in `E.164` format, for example `+14155552671`.
* Review the Authorized Representative details in Trust Hub, correct the phone number, and resubmit the profile if it was rejected during vetting.
* If you are registering for Voice Integrity, confirm that the linked Business Profile also meets the other required prerequisites, including a valid US business address and a secure website URL that uses `https://`.
