# 11003: Business address must be a US address.

## Description

This error occurs when the Business Profile linked to your voice registration does not contain a valid US business address. Voice Integrity requires an approved Primary or Secondary Business Profile with a valid US business address and the correct ISO country code.

### Possible causes

* The Business Profile address is outside the United States.
* The address country is not set to `US`.
* The business address is incomplete and is missing required fields such as street address, city, state or province, or postal code.

### Possible solutions

* Update the Business Profile in Trust Hub to use the business's physical US street address.
* Set the address country ISO code to `US`.
* Complete all required address fields, including street address, city, state or province, and postal code.
* If the profile was rejected, review the rejection reason, correct the address information, and resubmit the profile or registration.
