# 11005: Voice Integrity rejected as linked Business profile is not in approved status

## Description

Your Voice Integrity Bundle can't be approved when the linked Business Profile is not in `twilio-approved` status. To use Voice Integrity, create a Business Profile in Trust Hub, submit it for vetting, and connect the Voice Integrity Trust Product to an approved profile.

### Possible causes

* The Business Profile linked to your Voice Integrity Bundle was rejected during vetting.
* Twilio could not validate some of the business information in the linked profile.
* The linked profile has not reached the `twilio-approved` status required to use Trust Products.

### Possible solutions

* In the Twilio Console, go to Trust Hub > Customer Profiles and review the rejection reason for the linked Business Profile.
* Correct the business information that could not be validated, then resubmit the profile for review.
* Make sure the Voice Integrity Trust Product is linked to a Business Profile in `twilio-approved` status before you submit it again.
* Confirm that the phone numbers you want to register are already assigned to that same approved Business Profile before you assign them to the Voice Integrity Trust Product.
