## Description

You didn't specify the account number associated with and/or the last four digits of social security number of the person who owns the porting telephone number. This is mandatory for Wireless numbers but optional for Landline and Toll Free numbers.

### Possible causes

* For wireless numbers: the account number or last 4 digits of the Social Security Number (SSN) were not provided
* Both the account number and SSN fields were left blank
* The data provided was in an invalid format

### Possible solutions

* For wireless phone numbers, provide either the account number from your current provider's bill OR the last 4 digits of the account holder's SSN
* Verify this information is correct before submitting
* Contact your current wireless provider if you need help locating your account number
* Resubmit the port order with the required account identifier
