• Your account does not have the Audiences product enabled. Audiences must be provisioned for your account.
• The API key or credentials used do not have permission to access the specific audience, snapshot, or operation resource.

• Verify that your Twilio account has the Audiences product enabled. Contact your account manager or check your product provisioning if unsure.
• Ensure you are using credentials (API key or auth token) that have the required permissions for the resource you are accessing.
