# 30104: Shortened link not found. Click redirected to fallback Url

## Description

This warning occurs when a request is received for a Click Tracking domain you registered, but no record is found for the shortened URL. When this happens, the request is redirected to your domain's `FallbackUrl`.

### Possible causes

* The shortened link expired. Shortened link associations are stored for 90 days.
* The request was sent to a URL that wasn't generated for your Link Shortening domain.

### Possible solutions

* If the shortened link is older than 90 days, send a new message with `ShortenUrls` enabled so Twilio generates a new shortened link.
* Verify that the shortened link you shared matches the exact URL Twilio generated for your Link Shortening domain.
* Review your Link Shortening domain configuration and confirm `FallbackUrl` points to a valid destination for expired links.
