# 30133: The certificate could not be uploaded.

Log Type: APPLICATION

Log Level: ERROR

## Description

Twilio returns this error when a certificate upload for a Link Shortening domain cannot be completed because the current domain state is invalid.

### Possible causes

* The associated Link Shortening domain resource was deleted and recreated after the previous certificate upload.
* The certificate upload request is using a stale domain state instead of the current Link Shortening domain configuration.

### Possible solutions

* Wait a few minutes, then try the upload again. Link Shortening certificate validation can take up to five minutes.
* Confirm that you are uploading the certificate to the current Link Shortening domain. If you deleted and recreated the domain, retry from the current domain in Console or use the current Domain SID in your API request.
* If you use the API, resend the certificate upload to the Link Shortening domain's Certificate subresource after the domain has finished processing.
