# 30452: Toll-Free phone number verification unable to process - email invalid

## Description

Twilio can't process your Toll-Free Verification request because the business contact email address in the submission failed validation. As a result, the request can't be submitted for verification review.

### Possible causes

* The email address provided in `BusinessContactEmail` is incorrectly formatted.
* The email domain is unknown or can't be validated.
* The email address appears to be a disposable or temporary address.
* The email address is otherwise invalid.

### Possible solutions

* Update `BusinessContactEmail` to a valid email address for the business or organization using the toll-free number.
* Check the email address for formatting mistakes such as missing characters, extra spaces, or an invalid domain.
* Use a business contact email address from a valid, reachable domain instead of a disposable or temporary email address.
* Resubmit the verification in Console or through the Messaging Compliance API after you correct the email address.
* If your rejected request is eligible for resubmission, use the resubmit flow instead of deleting and recreating the verification. Deleting and resubmitting places the request in the same queue as a new submission.
