# 30712: Brand Registration Failure: Max registration limit reached

Log Type: APPLICATION

Log Level: ERROR

## Description

This error means your account has reached the allowed number of A2P 10DLC Brand registrations. Twilio can't create another Brand until you resolve the limit issue.

### Possible causes

* Your account already has the maximum number of Brand registrations allowed for the current registration flow.
* The same business identity, EIN, or Tax ID has already been used across too many Brand registrations.
* You created duplicate Brand registrations for the same business, which can cause later registration attempts to fail.

### Possible solutions

* Review your existing Brand registrations in Console or by listing your account's BrandRegistration resources to identify duplicate or unnecessary registrations.
* Avoid registering the same business multiple times. Reuse the correct existing Brand when it already represents the business and use case you need.
* If you still need another Brand or you believe the limit was reached in error, contact Twilio Support and include the relevant error details.
