# 30729: Brand Registration Failure: Country code not allowed

## Description

This error occurs when the business address country submitted for a US A2P Brand registration is not allowed. For Standard and Low-Volume Standard Brand registrations, Twilio collects the business address country in the `iso_country` field as a two-letter ISO country code.

### Possible causes

* The `iso_country` value in the business address is outside the supported country list for US A2P Brand registrations.
* The business address country was entered with the wrong two-letter ISO code. Twilio expects `iso_country` to be an ISO country code such as `US`.
* The Brand submission was created with business profile information that needs to be corrected in the Customer Profile or TrustProduct before you resubmit the Brand.

### Possible solutions

* Update the business address so the `iso_country` field uses the correct supported two-letter ISO country code for the business.
* Review the Customer Profile or TrustProduct information attached to the Brand, correct the country if needed, and then resubmit the Brand in Console or update it through the API.
* If the business is based in a country that is not allowed for US A2P Brand registration, use a supported country for brand registrations before submitting again.
