# 30755: Brand Registration Failure: Unsupported country code

## Description

This error occurs when you submit a US A2P Brand registration with a business address country in `iso_country` that is not supported for that registration flow.

### Possible causes

* The `iso_country` value in the business address is not in the supported list for US A2P Brand registration.
* The country was entered in a format other than a two-letter ISO country code.
* The business was submitted through the wrong registration path. Sole Proprietor registration is only for businesses in the US or Canada without an EIN or Canadian Business Number.

### Possible solutions

* Verify the business address and submit the correct two-letter ISO country code in `iso_country`.
* If you are registering a Sole Proprietor Brand, confirm that the business is located in the US or Canada and is eligible for that registration type.
* If the business is not eligible for Sole Proprietor registration, use the Standard or Low-Volume Standard registration flow and provide the required business information for that business type.
* Update the Customer Profile or related registration information with the correct country details, then resubmit the Brand.
* If the Brand is already in a failed state, correct the upstream profile information first and then resubmit the Brand through Console or the API.
