# 30889: Campaign vetting rejection - Embedded Phone Number

## Description

Your A2P 10DLC campaign was rejected because the campaign indicates that messages include phone numbers, but your sample messages do not show that content. When you select the phone number option in Console or set `has_embedded_phone`, provide sample messages that reflect the actual messages you send and include representative phone numbers whenever possible so reviewers can verify them.

### Possible causes

* You selected **Messages will include phone numbers** in Console or set `has_embedded_phone` to `true`, but none of the submitted sample messages include a phone number.
* Your sample messages are not representative of the actual traffic for this campaign, so reviewers cannot confirm that the embedded phone number setting is accurate.
* Your sample messages do not align with the registered campaign details, including the declared message content and use case.

### Possible solutions

* If your campaign sends messages with phone numbers, update your sample messages so they include representative phone numbers that match the actual message content you plan to send.
* Submit 2 to 5 clear sample messages that reflect your real traffic, and make sure at least one sample message identifies your brand by name or website.
* If your campaign does not send phone numbers, clear the **Messages will include phone numbers** selection in Console or set `has_embedded_phone` to `false` before you resubmit the campaign.
* Review the campaign description, use case, and sample messages together to make sure they are consistent before you submit again.
