## Description

This error means one or more carriers rejected your campaign registration. If the campaign `campaign_status` is `FAILED`, review the campaign `errors` array for any related rejection details, affected fields, and linked error pages.

* Your message flow or call to action did not clearly explain how end users opt in, or it did not include required disclosures such as opt-out instructions, customer care details, message frequency for recurring programs, or privacy policy information. ### Possible solutions

* Fetch the `Usa2p` resource for the Messaging Service and review the `campaign_status` and `errors` fields to identify any related rejection codes, descriptions, and affected fields.
* Update the campaign so the registered brand, website, sample messages, use case, and message flow are accurate, complete, and consistent. Make sure your opt-in flow and required disclosures are clearly documented before you resubmit.
