## Description

Your campaign registration request timed out before the review workflow completed. This can happen when the campaign review was not completed or when a third party involved in campaign registration did not respond within the expected service window.

### Possible causes

* The campaign review was not completed before the request timed out.
* A third party involved in campaign registration did not respond within the expected service window.
* The registration details required additional review, which delayed completion of the request.

### Possible solutions

* Submit a new campaign registration request.
* Review the campaign before you resubmit it. Make sure the campaign description, sample messages, and message flow are complete and accurate.
* Make sure the brand, website, and campaign details are consistent so reviewers can verify the registration without added delays.
* If the campaign remains pending after the normal review window or repeated submissions continue to time out, contact Support with your account details, Messaging Service SID, and campaign information.
