# 30928: Campaign rejected: Social influencer/public figure use case not permitted

Log Type: APPLICATION

Log Level: ERROR

## Description

Your A2P 10DLC campaign was rejected because the registered campaign use case is for social influencer or public figure communications. Register A2P 10DLC campaigns for business-to-consumer messaging by a registered business. A campaign whose sole purpose is letting a social influencer or public figure message followers does not qualify for this use case.

### Possible causes

* The campaign description says the sender is a social influencer or public figure and the recipients are followers, fans, or subscribers.
* The registered brand is presented as a personal brand or individual identity instead of a business with a valid consumer messaging use case.
* The sample messages describe follower communications such as personal updates, shoutouts, or fan outreach instead of business messaging tied to a registered business.

### Possible solutions

* If the sender operates a legitimate business, register that business and submit a campaign that reflects the business use case, such as customer care, account notifications, or marketing.
* Update the campaign description, sample messages, and consent details so they clearly identify the business, the recipients, and why the messages are being sent.
* If the campaign use case itself needs to change, delete the rejected campaign and create a new campaign with the correct use case.
* If the messaging remains influencer or public figure outreach, use another eligible Twilio product or channel for that communication pattern instead of A2P 10DLC.
