## Description

Twilio rejects this A2P 10DLC campaign when your privacy policy or opt-in flow shows that mobile opt-in data may be shared with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators, or when your submission does not include the required non-sharing disclosure for mobile information. For A2P 10DLC registration, make your privacy policy publicly accessible and state that mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

### Possible causes

* Your privacy policy says that mobile information, SMS consent, or opt-in data may be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties, affiliates, or other organizations.
* Your privacy policy does not include a clear statement that mobile numbers and opt-in data will not be shared for marketing or promotional purposes.
* Your `message_flow` or call to action does not link to a publicly accessible privacy policy, or the privacy policy cannot be reviewed as part of the campaign submission.

### Possible solutions

* Update your privacy policy to clearly state that mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared or sold to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes.
* Remove or revise any privacy policy language that suggests SMS consent can be shared, rented, transferred, or sold.
* Make your privacy policy publicly accessible and include that link in your `message_flow` description when you submit the campaign.
* Describe every opt-in method used for the campaign and make sure each method includes the required privacy disclosure.
