# 30991: Campaign Registration Failed

Log Type: APPLICATION

Log Level: ERROR

## Description

This error occurs when you try to register an A2P 10DLC Campaign for a Brand whose identity is unverified. Register the Brand successfully first, then submit the Campaign after the Brand is in an approved and verified state.

### Possible causes

* The Brand linked to the Campaign has an `identity_status` of `UNVERIFIED`.
* The Brand registration did not verify because the business information was incomplete, formatted incorrectly, or did not match existing records.
* The Brand is not yet in an `APPROVED` registration state, which is required before you can register Campaigns.

### Possible solutions

* Check the Brand in Console or retrieve the BrandRegistration resource and review the `status` and `identity_status` fields.
* Update the Brand details so they exactly match your legal business records, including your legal company name and tax identifier, then resubmit the Brand registration.
* If the Brand is in an `unverified` or `FAILED` state, resubmit it through Console or the Trust Hub API. Twilio supports up to three self-service resubmissions for Standard and Low-Volume Standard Brands.
* Retry Campaign registration only after the Brand is `APPROVED`.
