# 36002: Broadcast Request Limit Reached

Log Type: APPLICATION

Log Level: ERROR

## Description

This error occurs when your account has reached the limit for Broadcast requests and can't create another Broadcast.

### Possible causes

* Your account already has the maximum allowed number of Broadcast requests.

### Possible solutions

* Wait for your existing Broadcasts to process before you create another Broadcast.
* If any existing Broadcasts are in `PENDING_UPLOAD`, upload the required file so those Broadcasts can resume processing.
* If you regularly send high-volume traffic, organize your senders and configuration with a Messaging Service so you can more effectively manage messaging at scale.
