The warehouse service is temporarily unreachable. During the sync operation, Twilio could not establish or maintain a connection to the warehouse. This condition is usually temporary and is often caused by an outage or maintenance window on the warehouse side.
- The warehouse provider is experiencing an outage or performing scheduled maintenance.
- Your account has paused or suspended the warehouse service (for example, Snowflake auto-suspend).
- A network disruption between Twilio and the warehouse endpoint is preventing connectivity.
- Check your warehouse provider's status page for active incidents or scheduled maintenance.
- If the warehouse is configured to auto-suspend (for example, a Snowflake virtual warehouse), confirm that it automatically resumes when activity occurs.
- Retry the operation after a few minutes. Twilio automatically retries failed syncs according to the configured retry policy.
- If the issue persists, verify that the warehouse host and port in your source configuration are correct and reachable.
