## Description

Your CloudApp credentials don't have enough permissions to perform the requested operation. Twilio successfully authenticated with the CloudApp, but the connected user or service account can't read the required objects or properties.

### Possible causes

* The connected CloudApp user or service account lacks read access to the object or collection that is being synced.
* Permissions were revoked or reduced after you configured the source.
* Object-level or field-level restrictions prevent access to one or more properties referenced in the dataset configuration.

### Possible solutions

* Sign in to your CloudApp (for example, Salesforce or HubSpot) and verify that the connected user or service account has read permission for every object and field referenced in your datasets.
* If permissions changed recently, update the service account's role or profile to restore the required access.
* Reconnect the source by using an account that has sufficient permissions, and then retry the operation.
