550022: Invalid warehouse credentials
DATA SOURCES
ERROR
The credentials configured for this warehouse source are invalid or have expired. As a result, Twilio can't authenticate with the warehouse because the username, password, private key, or other credentials in the source configuration don't match what the warehouse expects.
- The warehouse password or API key has expired or was rotated after you configured the source.
- The username or account identifier in the source configuration is incorrect.
- A private key or certificate that you use for key-pair authentication was replaced or revoked.
- The warehouse account's authentication policy changed—for example, multi-factor authentication is now required for the user.
- Sign in to your warehouse provider's console and verify that the user account is active and that the credentials are still valid.
- If you rotated the password or API key, update the source configuration in Twilio with the new credentials.
- For key-pair authentication (for example, Snowflake), regenerate the key pair, then update both the warehouse user's public key and the private key in the source configuration.
- After you update the credentials, choose Validate configuration in the Twilio Console to confirm that the connection succeeds before you retry the sync.
