# 60721: Phone Number(s) already used in a Branded Channel

## Description

This warning appears when your Branded Channel create or update request includes at least one phone number that is already associated with a different Branded Channel. A phone number can be associated with only one Branded Channel at a time.

### Possible causes

* At least one phone number in the request payload is already associated with a different Branded Channel.
* You are trying to reuse a phone number that is still assigned to an existing Branded Channel.

### Possible solutions

* Review the phone numbers in your create or update request and remove any number that is already associated with another Branded Channel.
* If you want to move a phone number to a different Branded Channel, remove it from the existing Branded Channel before you submit the new request.
* If the existing Branded Channel must keep that number, use a different phone number in the new Branded Channel payload.
