## Description

The corporate registration has officially lapsed, been suspended by regulatory bodies, or has been formally dissolved.

### Possible causes

* The business registration has been administratively dissolved or suspended by the state due to failure to file annual reports or pay required franchise taxes.
* The business was formally and intentionally dissolved by its owners, but an onboarding attempt was made anyway.
* The entity's operating status has lapsed into an inactive state on the state registry.

### Possible solutions

* Submit a reinstatement petition to restore the entity to "Good Standing" before re-applying.
