# 63109: This Sender has been migrated into a different account

Log Level: ERROR

## Description

This error occurs when you try to use or manage a Sender from a Twilio account that no longer owns it. The Sender was already onboarded or migrated to a different account.

### Possible causes

* The Sender was onboarded to a different account.
* The Sender was migrated from one Twilio account to another.
* You are still creating, retrieving, or updating the Sender from the original account after the migration completed. Twilio creates and returns Senders within the account that owns them.

### Possible solutions

* Confirm which Twilio account now owns the Sender. Use that account for sender management and related configuration.
* If you need to move a WhatsApp sender between Twilio accounts, contact Twilio Support to request the migration.
* Include the phone number, the source `Account SID` and associated `WABA ID`, and the destination `Account SID` and associated `WABA ID` in your support request.
* Before you request the migration, make sure your business is verified on Meta. If the destination account already has a `WABA` associated with it, make sure both the source and destination accounts have WhatsApp senders.
* If the Sender creation request succeeded but registration did not complete, review the Error Log in Console for the `Sender SID` and the recommended next steps. You can also monitor these failures with Alarms or Event Streams.
