Your passports parameter was ignored, and the API request was processed successfully with Twilio's default Trust Hub signing.

The passports parameter was discarded and the call defaulted to standard Twilio signing because the Pass-Through feature is not enabled for your account.

Contact Twilio Support to enable the Pass-Through feature, or remove the Passports parameter from your API requests and TwiML to stop receiving this warning.
