550009: Cannot delete enabled dataset

Datasets can be deleted only when in DISABLED status. Deleting an enabled dataset is not permitted to prevent accidental data loss.

• You attempted to delete a dataset that is currently in ENABLED status.

• Disable the dataset first using the update endpoint, then retry the deletion.
