Uploaded copies of physical IDs or corporate documents are unable to be read.
- The uploaded photo or scan of the physical ID, article of organization, or utility bill is blurry or out of focus.
- Harsh camera flash or overhead lighting caused a reflection or glare that obscured critical text or security features.
- The document or ID card is cropped and cuts off critical security edges, barcodes, or text fields.
- Re-upload a high-resolution photo or digital scan of your document. Capture the image in a well-lit environment ,without direct overhead flash, to eliminate glare. Make sure the document rests flat on a contrasting background, and verify that all four edges and corners are entirely visible within the frame.
